San Andreas Communications Department is the first line in getting our community the help and support they need, Our team operates in serveral areas to ensure we protect and serve our community.
From our 911 operators that are highly trained to handle the communities calls for help and providing the relevant information to our dispatchers to ensure the correct equipment and crews are sent.
Job Description and Skills Needed
Here at San Andreas Communications we only hire the elite to ensure our community receives the best service and gets the help they need as quickly as possible. All of our staff are trained to the highest level and are under constant review.
The skills that are required are as follows:
- We expect all staff that we hire to be highly organised and ready for any situation and have awareness of the communications department and its functions.
- All of our staff are required to respect the chain of command at all times and never skip that chain.
- Applicants must be computer litterate and able to type at a reasonable speed to allow swift data entry.
- We have high expectations that all of our staff are polite, kind and respectful at all times.
All applicants to this department are required to be above the age of 18 years old, Have a working computer and or laptop and a working clear microphone.
All applicants are subject to interviews, tests and training with no exceptions.
